I wonder if they used butterfly ballots?

If the NFL had any balls...he would not have won it in the first place because he would not have finished the season and therefore probably been off the ballot.

I can agree with that but the NFL didn't do what they should have. He was on the ballot and he won it...actually he has won it twice now :wink2:

I wish the NFL would make up it's mind about PEDs. Either just make them legal (which I would hate) or grow a pair (pun intended) and get serious about cracking down on it. This wishy-washy, foot-dragging, wrist-slapping attitude just leaves players, fans and the media in confusion.

The NFL doesn't have a hand in the award. I agree, however, that the NFL needs to make a better standard for punishing players and stick to it or just give it up altogether.

This is a total crock. And if he tested positive in August why in the h3!! was he allowed to play the whole season without a suspension? Why wait until now?

He had the right to exhaust his appeal rights before the suspension started.

That being said, I can't believe that someone, not to mention many people, would vote for someone that they knew cheated. The "voting for him again because they shouldn't do a re-vote" is also a bunch of junk. Just because mistakes have been made before doesn't mean that you shouldn't do the right thing when you have the chance.
