problem is these issues then become out of control and becomes violent. Most people don't handle problems rationally.

Really the best thing to do is not let them get to you when the bullying begins.

I can only speak for myself and I don't let anyone get to me. Might not be that easy for other people tho. Everyone is different and handles things differently.

So, so, so stupid to think that being a grown man somehow makes you immune to bullying/harassment/abuse/whatever you want to call it. So stupid.

Andrews battles mental illness problems, for f's sake.

McNabb seemed pretty cool when we hung out back when I played for the Cavaliers.

I must admit though, McNabb does come off as a fraud.

yep, bullying happens in tons of workplaces. Some jobs require you to be talked to like a dog. It's just a fact of life. If you "acted like a man" and stood up to everyone that talked down to you, your business or job would be doomed from the start.

About 1/4 of my job is explaining other peoples' screw ups, and taking the heat for it.. It's just what happens. I can't think of a job that is completely bully-proof.

I reckon it's easy to bully and boss any player around if you're the star of that team.

And if Donovan McNabb is the star of your team, your team is destined for failure.
