Red Stripe is all that's on tap in the resorts i've stayed at in Jamaica, so it might be an acquired taste afterall. And that is definitely how I learned to dance.

 

Foster's isn't just considered cheap. It's considered crap.

XXXX (made by Castlemain brewery in Queensland), Tooheys New and Victorian Bitter are Australia's most popular beers.

Our premium beers are James Boag's, Cascade, Crown Lager and Hahn Premium.

Boag's and Cascade are the best beer's I have ever had. I did have a beer from the dominican republic the other week (can't recall what it was) that was very good. Of American beers, I like Blue Moon, Yuengling and Sam Adams Summer Ale the most.

The only thing better than Australian beer, are the Australian Beer advertisements.

I've gone full circle and back again. What I drink varies greatly depending on location. Miller lite, Abita Amber, Red Stripe, or Corona meet my needs for outdoor events of all kinds. I'm a big fan of a ton of bourbons and whiskeys. When I was in college I really liked Vodka, but I've moved off of it for quite a while now. As a former bartender, I'm happy to pull together a fun mixed drink specialty to anchor a party around. In the summer I'm a huge fan of a Pimm's cup, which is big in the U.K. but not well known in the states. Of course, wine is another huge component, especially with food. I've tried several dozen varieties of top shelf champagne, and am always happy for an excuse to celebrate. I really like a good long meal, and probably my favorite activity at certain times has been pairing food and wine by course. With dessert, I'm generally a port man, though I'll switch back to bourbon or whiskey if it's been a truly long night.

Man, I could go on and on. A good drink is a good thing, a great drink is a great thing.

 

I don't drink at all.

 

Werd, I have my own reasons for not drinking. I used to. Not a lot, but when I did......

 

I have my own as well and never touched the stuff.

Do you drink VB or Crown?

 

Neither really. I do have Crownies every now and again (used to participate in "Crownie Day" where a bunch oh us would sit around in drink a case of Crowns each while we bet and watched the Cox Plate horse race.

James Boags is my favorite beer, followed by XXXX and Tooheys Extra Dry.
