Or maybe he's excited and just wanted to be in the building early? I am finding that people say the weirdest $#!t or negative comments just to be contrary on here... just like the Tomb.

 

Apparently sarcasm is 1 syllable too many for you to understand.

 

My buddy said that he is really shy, won't look people in the eye, never seems to know what to do until someone tells him, he kinda loses control when things go bad. Said he works like a champ when you give him constant positive attention.

The JAG stuff is probably the worst thing you could do to him.

Poor little guy is probably crying all the way to the bank. I don't know how he gets by on a daily basis.

 

There is an interesting study done between positive and negative motivations and how everyone is different. They often use Germany and Norway soccer teams as an example. For instance, if a soccer team has to shoot a penalty shot to win the game, the German coach aggressively enforces the shooter to not f*ck up and focus on all the bad things that happens if he misses.

While the Norway team will generate positive feedback like "Think about how many people will be inspired and think how famous you will be!"

The study showed both tactics work, but it depends on the individual. For Hunter's sake, it sounds like he responds more to positive feedback and constant validation. There isn't anything wrong with that either and the JAG thing now looks like a major leadership failure from our coaches by not being able to identify that.

 

I don't get it. Is being transgender a bad thing?

 

In the world of proffessional football I've got to think it probably doesn't help. Hunter definitely has the right body style to pursue that lifestyle if he so chooses, however.
