What makes this particularly sad is this man once swore to protect and serve us and now he's turned into this.

Not that anyone is going to read that, but this guy is.......in the deep end but sadly I think he is telling the truth. LAPD is going to have some serious questions to answer. FBI will probably be knocking on their door.

Yea, I made it into page three of that long ass manifesto... He seems like someone who truely believes he's doing this for the better of the city. And as an example overall... Maybe I'm twisted but he seems right. That's the scary thing.
