soon any touchdown scored outside the redzone will be 8 points
This! That absolutely killed me and punished us for being in first place.
I could live with reseeding based on record after first week.
Still think division winners should get that home game
How was it fair for the 12-4 49ers to have to go to Lambeau to face the 8-7-1 Packers though?
Despite not winning their division (which is the toughest in football), the Niners actually had more success against their rivals than the Packers did against theirs. The Niners went 5-1 in their division. The Packers went 3-2-1. Oh AND the Niners had beaten the Packers during the regular season.
It's just extremely flawed IMO. Although I did enjoy the Seahawks beating the Saints which produced the greatest TD run I've ever seen. But mostly I enjoyed the Steelers losing to Tebow. That was just priceless.
So, all in all, I'm fine with no change. It just sucks when you're the team getting screwed over.
Seeding needs to be looked at, outside of that keep it the same.
Ok so talks about expanding the playoffs are heating up some, are people still against adding 1 team per conference?
I'd personally like to see 7 teams make it vs 6. We might just get in that way LOL.
I don't see an issue with adding a team to the pool. It will make the playoffs more fun imo. It will devalue the reg season but only a little. Also I think the big plan is to make it more attractive for more teams to join the league. We all know they want to expand the league, this is just a step in that direction.
I dont think adding just 1 more team per conference waters it down much if any. Youre still getting a winning team in, and from the leagues stand point more fan involvement in January is a plus. Its bound to happen if you ask me.
I also would bet $20 with anyone the NFL Draft isn't in NYC next year..
The draft needs to move around, imo. Why do you have to keep listening to dumba## jets fans
NYC fans boo the commissioner every single pick. And Radio City didn't even have their Easter festival, but still forced the NFL's Draft to be in May.
