Well maybe if we did not have to play such low caliber teams like the Texans year in and year out Young would improve faster. He had all of the college experience he needed at UT.

6-10 being the second best season your team has EVER had. Congrats ... :grrhee:

If Bennett was playing on Denver instead of Walker his stats would have been very comparable. I'd bet on it. That is whats wrong with this kind of bone head thinking. Just taking a 1000+ yard WR and sticking them in your lineup doesn't automatically mean they will get the catches they had if the QB can't get the ball to them. It takes an accurate QB making the right decisions and an OL to give the QB time to throw the ball.

Also, Seattle didn't have a 1000 yard WR this year and didn't have a WR last year break 800 yards but made it to the SB. Similar thing with the Patriots year in and out. Is a "true #1" as important as people think?

Hines Ward is a "true #1" that didn't break 1000 yards this year for Pitt or last year either.

That's because they had surrounding talent at that position. Look at their 2's and 3's WR's . Then there starting RB.

Overalls could have a point, here.

I mean, sure....Vince has the "It" factor....amazing leadership ability, charisma, poise, work ethic, size, coachability, the ability to elevate the play of the guys around him, and a knack for making plays when it counts....

But aside from that, Vince really hasn't shown us anything that we haven't already seen from Vick.
