According to my numbers we could potentially spend $47M this off season.

We're $23M under the cap as of now since they lifted the cap number to $123.9M

we have $12M in carryover from last year to use if we need to

then there's about $12M in stupid contracts we could do away with freeing up a bunch of money.

I see no reason to think we can't add both a WR and DE.

Osi Umenyiora, Dwight Freeney, John Abraham, and Cliff Avril are the available "big-name pass rushers" and I don't want to sign one of them.

Get Tank Carradine in the draft & spend money on WR, DT, OG, and CB in free agency.
