5 hour Pork with a Pineapple-Molasses glaze I cooked on the weekend

 

Baby paella. I feel like a rice god sometimes....first time I ever made paella and I ain't like to brag but I knocked it ouT the park

Next time I'm making it to sell and it'll have all the muscles and clams... I'll be sure to get a nice picture of that too

 

Greatest chicken glaze you'll ever eat

Something I made up the other night, ended up selling twice as much chicken as normal...coincidence!?

First get about 1/4 of a pineapple and half a mango, cut so it fits in a little pot, combine with about 1.5 cups water with a cup sugar, boil until fruits soft and water sugar mixture is syrupy. Don't want to cook out too much. If you like it spicy add a tablespoon of crushed red peppers while doing this. Blend it up then mix in
2 tablespoon ketchup
1 shot rum
.5 tablespoon ground coffee
1 shot rum
.5 tablespoon garlic powder
Crushed red pepper to taste
