no, i wish he was our 3rd string QB.

he gonna be like Eli Manning, late bloomer in the leadership role scared to play his own way, but i think Erik will mature and be a very good QB once he gets a shot.

I just hope he doesnt have to be a backup till he is 28 years old or something.

I'd rather have him as our third-stringer than Ramsey, but still. He's not a starting quarterback in the NFL.

not right now he isnt, but he has what it takes to become a starter.

depends on how bad he wants to be a starter someday and lead a team. Most QB's are just to afraid to lead a team and take the heat when they have a bad day. like VY wanting to leave games when it gets hard or Brady Quinn not wanting to improve enough to keep his job.

You have to have the Fire if you want to make it, some guys just want to be backups get paid and call it a day. then you have guys like, Manning,Brady Brees that want to be the best and leave everyone else in the dust. You aren't born a great QB you have to want it.

You should be shot and drug through gravel behind a vehicle.

I know you're joking but is this necessary? I think we should go for Colt McCoy. That guy pretty much walks on water. Jacory Harris is a close 2nd.

Anyway- Henne should be starting this week. Hopefully they'll let him throw the ball rather than just throwing screen passes like last week.

    Jesse knows it's in fun.

And I agree on Colt McCoy- even though I hate most Longhorns.

What's everyone's problem with Clausen? He's putting up great numbers this year. McCoy already has 5 picks already, too many. I don't trust the offense he plays in and so far Texas is 0/2 with current NFL QBs being good.
