These guys are Marines, actually happened where I used to be stationed. Guy was arrested, was likely punished pretty heavily. The woman filming is in a wheel chair, I think service connected. The guy yelling has a purple heart, probably has PTSD and just snapped.

 

Yea my marine buddy showed me this a long time ago... like a couple years ago I think.

 

This is why I carry a gun. This conversation would have lasted all of 5 seconds before he got back in his own car.
