Depending how this organization wants to go, here I feel are too good coordinators ready to make the move to a Head Coach if we decide to let Munch go at the end of the season.

I'm up for a fresh start but ONLY if Mr. Adams hires people outside this organization.Nothing left to dig for here and the barrel is scrapped empty.Surely they realize this.The potential is there but can they see outside Tennessee and can they quit digging for change and lay the real money down like they mean business and find a competent staff to build a winner.
