What did he say back to you?
I wholeheartedly agree with the theory that a coach needs time and that many fired coaches could have turned things around and looked great given enough time. Munchak could be one of those guys - but elsewhere.
That simply can't play out for TN. This team still can't shake the Fisher era tiredness and Munchak is not nearly upbeat enough for that scenario. He is redfaced an beat down at the end of every game. New owner, city losing interest - big turnover in players likely this season.
It's time to start fresh - get the right guy - and give him time.
Same old bull. Doesn't think Tommy will want to fire him after only being CEO for 6 months. Blah blah blah. I pointed out all the numbers, 2-20 against winning teams, 4-12 in division, lost to the worst team in the league the last 3 years. He said, "You paint a pretty bleak picture." They cut me off before I could answer. I would have said, "because it is."
The Titans are the ones who have been painting a bleak picture.
So cut you off before you could use phrases like "****ing idiot"
can the FCC fine the program for using vulgar language if only 3 or 4 people are listening? Surely only the most diehard of diehards would sit around and listen to constant excuses for this sorry team, on the radio.
I agree, Bill O'Brien is the best man for the job. Other than Chris Palmer that is...
eh is a good term to describe your reply.
