Yea I don't think he's on a short leash at all.

Munchak and co. will be defined by Locker. They drafted Locker and he is there guy. If the team doesn't make the playoffs, Munchak and his staff will be fired, and the new staff surely will want to replace Locker as well. Locker, Munchak, Gray, Loggains etc. all can be gone at year's end if we don't make the playoffs.
