If we don't have Cook then we have a big hole because we lose one of the few players that is actually a mismatch and deep threat. So I am filling a hole.

I would look to the draft for OL/DL depth.

Our #1 priority has to be improving our safety play. We have been horrible their. I think we draft one and get one in FA.

Looking for WR's to replace Cook really isn't that strange, Cook is not an every down TE.

OP is right to want to stretch the field. Thats our QB's best weapon, the deep ball.

If we don't sign Cook, we will franchise him. Makes sense, especially considering we've tagged guys like Bo F***in' Scaife and JC's favorite Mike Griffin.

I'd definitely be down for Wallace, but WR is at the bottom of our needs.

WR is just one of our many needs imo.

I would have zero problems bringing in Wallace and would only complain if it made us miss out on a safety.
