    I really think it all hinges on Locker's improvement. Let's say he bumps his passer rating to the 90 range (from 74.0). I think it would have a huge impact on almost every other phase of the game.

    Yeah... I think "oh we have a chance" every year, and then always get let down. I've come to the realization we're the Titans.

    Honestly though.. for us to be legit 3 big things need to happen:

    #1 - O-Line MUST improve times a zillion
    #2 - Jake Locker must become an above average NFL QB
    #3 - Our young defenders have to take the step from being "good" to being playmakers. I'm talking to you Casey, Morgan, Ayers, ZB, Martin, McCarthy, & McCourty.

    If those 3 things happened, we could be a playoff team. All 3 are big "ifs" right now.
