No i did not. I illustrated how stupid the concept is.

Jake Locker played pretty good this year, really good over the first 4 games before getting hurt. To dump him just because he is not joined at the breast to some head coach would be stupid.

Was Foles the day one starter?

Can someone remind me? I forgot if the Eagles started the season with a guy who can run around more than any QB in the league. Did they do that?

Jake had the misfortune of being hurt twice in a season. He was playing great before the injuries occured in fact he had the 6th highest QBR in the league after the Jets game.

But some idiots who see the QB position as either a form of indentured servitude or a gay man love thing rather than simply a coach getting the most out of the talent he has.

RollTide...how many times has a team with a top tier QB changed coaches? And of course if a coach came in to a situation that had a talented, winning QB they would keep them. We are talking about Jake Locker. He's shown flashes of potential, but has barely played a full season in his 3 year career. Yes, its likely a new head coach might have a guy in mind that he thinks is better for the job than Locker. Your examples do not fit the situation. In fact, your examples never happen at all.

Chip Kelly said all along a run first QB isn't what he wanted for his system. Apparently Files excels in the system...so what's your point?!

Jake Locker has played only 16 games in 3 years which means he is barely developed but we need to move on at this point. I don't hate the guy but I don't go in to a game screaming look out we have Jake Locker lol. The dude is not accurate from the pocket, has no poise and seems to overthrow receivers like crazy. Again this year vs the jags before he got hurt he did not even manage the titans to a first down and over threw a wide out for a int and then he got hurt. Time to move on imo.

Easily overlooked but it's what creates the majority of his problems.
