Is this what we have to face next season?

With all these staff changes, and most that seem unusual and idiotic, is this what we have to look forward to next year is embarrassment and shame? Why be a fan when the team doesn't want to strive to be the most successful team in the NFL, but instead accept what it is. This is my first time as a fan to EVER say, I am NOT looking forward to the next season.

I'm looking forward to it, but I don't really do the whole "sky is falling" thing, especially for something like watching football.

I understand what you are saying, and I respect it But to many people watching football is as important as to breathing, and I am one of those guys who stay tune to football as MUCH as possible, obsessed maybe, the way I am defensibly of my sport.

It gets old seeing people be negative about every single move. They are freakin' position coaches. You aren't going to fill the staff with big names.

Position coaches have a bigger reflect than you think, and it was more on the Grey issue.

I'm actually pretty excited about next season, it's a make or break year for the entire organization. We still have free agency and draft so let's not jump off the bridge yet.

None of us have any idea on the day to day work of any of the guys fired or any of the guys hired. At the very best, we get a wikipedia resume and an endorsement from someone that may be boys with the guy or may have an ax to grind.

All I can say is I would LOVE to eat some major crow this time next year over the decisions Munch has made. As of right now I just don't understand his approach to anything, he seems genuinely scared and is doing what's comfortable for him. There were much better options than Gray and Loggains and whoever the hell else he's hired. To me, the season hasn't even started yet and it's already a disappointment. If we see the same problems continue into next year I think we lose not only Munch and his staff ( not a bad thing ) but a lot of our players as well. I just believe we're going to blow it up a year too late.
