Dude, i'm guessing you were born in 82. I was rooting for Earl and the Snake when you were in diapers. (I'll admit I was young) We're more used to winning than you think, we used to own the Central.

I'm not gonna lie, its been a rough decade. I didn't come here to brag about the win, I only joined when I saw something in the smack shack i couldn't leave alone. I intentionally didn't join the Titans forum because I hate Bud Adams with a passion. I usually go to the opponents board before we play a team to talk football and not smack but I've avoided this board for quite some time.

And honestly, I wish there was another quality team in the South. Rivalries are fun. To this day I hate Pittsburgh, Cincy and Cleveland (ok not so much Cleveland, they were kind of the Cubs of the AFCC). It really sucks going to forums and having fans concede games before they are played. I mean what real analysis is there in these games? The Denver game was the only one that was in doubt so far. And I know that until the bye week we won't know what we really have. I learned a long time ago to enjoy the ride because it can end at any minute.

And no I'm not some "cocky Texans fan". I don't think we're going undefeated. I'm an old luv ya-blu fan and a Moon era Oilers fan. I know never to expect anything. 32-3 and all. I remember vividly going outside to play a game of football with the game already won and hearing somebody call out "Buffalo scored" a couple of times. We put the game on hold and were too upset to finish the game. Zero question in my mind that that Oilers team was the best team in the league. @#% happens though. You think that last yard was painful against St. Louis? You have no idea.

To be factually accurate, I was born in 73. I have been a fan since 82. I am celebrating my 30th year as a Oiler/Titan Fan. I was a fan when Andrew Luck's father (Oliver) was our QB! I know my team, and I can see why you are pissed at Bud (trust me, Montgomery Burns pisses me off too). I also remember when we owned the central, and every team in the division hated each other (Oilers, Cindy, Pitt, and Clev).

Well then we're on the same page and you know where I'm coming from. Buck Fud and TBH with the owner we have now it was worth not having to deal with him. I'm sure you know the whole story about the Dome and the scoreboard. I wouldn't piss on that man if he were on fire...

    Mike

edit: The only thing I dislike about going to reliant is having to walk by the dome. It is really sad what happened to that place. It was a terrible venue to watch football in but I've got great memories of that place (everything Ryan did for the stros, mike scott all the way to watching us trounce the bengals while putting sam's ugly mug up cheering) and it is a shame that it has become an eyesore.

Nope. Locker injured his shoulder during the Patriots game. He just got it re-injured during your game.

I'm not rooting for the Pats and Ravens, I'm just stating facts.

If living in a delusion is how you get your kicks then might I recommend doing us all a favor and just turning to hard drugs.

Well, that's not so bad then assuming he can play well and stay healthy for the next three seasons, but I somehow doubt it. He's good when healthy which is like 11/16 games a year. He's not as bad as Britt in terms of injuries, but I still wouldn't pay him that much.

    Actually, it's pretty straight forward.

We've got somewhere between 10-15 Cow fans on this board, who are on here as much as any regular member (i.e. Titans fans), constantly bragging about their team that is dominating a pathetic division, pining for us to acknowledge them as the greatest NFL team to ever play the game, and trying to automatically hand the Cows a Super Bowl win based on their performance against weak opponents. The "hate" is more of a reaction to this drivel than anything.

Really, I suspect that in the absence of the Cowtards, most of us wouldn't care about the Moo-Moos.
