I am also taking into account how abysmal our O has looked and what he has been able to do with it. Not trying to take anything away from Ponder.

    Word.

Ponder's beating Locker in pretty much every stat. And that's with weaker pieces around him and a worse OL.

Jerome Simpson returns for them this week. Hit the panic button.

I once thought that too, but Hasselbeck plus a mediocre CJ doesn't give me a good feeling.

Hasselbeck's ability to get rid of the ball fast is what fooled us into thinking our OL was great in pass protection last year.

Nah. They are great in pass protection. They were with Kerry too.

They just suck at everything else.

I agree there. Dalton is another classic solid pick with low potential guy.He will plod through a career switching from being a great backup and a below average starter. Another John Kitna/Kyle Orton.

Cam, he will be another Vince Young. Have a look at the way he pouted at the end of the Giants game.

Kerry got rid of it fast too. It was painful watching him. Drop back, look, throw it away. That pretty much sums up the Titans career of Jeff Fisher's favorite QB.

Pretty unfair to say that. Ponder has a run game and a good defense. Locker has poo.

    And Simpson returned last week.

Didn't know it was last week (simpson).

But Locker has CJ... even if he sucks now, hard to say he has no one in the backfield. Defenses aren't too far away either. Difference is- Vikings sustain drives. Titans defense is on the field all game.
