But sources still act like it is more or less a done deal. Hart (the new AD that took over last year) may be holding things up. It is either a conflict between boosters and Hart or a lot of smokescreens to give Hart full credit for the hire.

I just don't get it. .500 NFL coach that has never had to recruit or anything in college? Recruiting is probably 60% of the job.

I'd rather have Gruden in Nashville coaching the Titans.

How are you so confident that 18-21 year olds are going to understand Gruden's schemes which are notoriously complex to the point that many NFL players had trouble with them.

Gruden is not a long term solution in Knoxville, he is a 4 to 5 year patch until he gets the NFL itch again.
