I think he beats your by the fact he has a HD TV.

True for current gen consoles. However retro consoles look like poo on HDTV so many collectors carry older CRT's usually Sony Wega or Sony XBR.

Though I must say, I hate how the creators of the original Shining Force games now make Nintendo sports games. Almost like how Microsoft bought the guys that made the Tex Murphy adventure games and made them make sports games. Such a waste.
