Harbaugh would have to be my first choice though Urban Meyer is a close 2nd. Both can run unique offenses that could feature Mariotta or you can get by with a Mark Sanchez to operate. Meyer has won everywhere he's gone and has an amazing track record for building /rebuilding his teams. Harbaugh's record in SF is pretty remarkable in that he turned around a dreadful team and got them to the brink in a heartbeat!

Problem is, I wouldn't make Meyer the GM though I might give him say over personel with the GM being the cap guy. Meyer might even get final say in the draft though I'd certainly throw big money at Polian to come out of retirement to at least be a consultant if not the GM. You'd probablyhave to let Harbaugh have total control just to get him here.
