    Oh no, no way.

Turner is a shell of a 1300-yard back, Ringer has done nothing, ever.

It depends on what role you're looking for. Ringer is a decent utility back who can play in the two-minute drill and also spell CJ a little. If(when) Ringer leaves we're going to need someone to do that.

Turner offers nothing in the passing game.

2,000 yards got us to 8-8.

If you don't think its the intangibles that win games, you are wrong. Not saying Turner will come in and change everything for the better like flipping a switch, but it is a step in the right direction.

If you walk on the field thinking you are going to lose, you are going to lose. CJ just won't ever get it done on his own terms. He will always need other things to be in place first. When talking about mindset, Turner would help in that regard.

He's good catching screen passes and swing outs from the back field. He racked quite a bit of yards on those plays. Haven't studied his pass blocking though.

His career high is 19 receptions. Ringer had 28 in 2011.

Why? Ringer is a good back up who would cost a heck of a lot less than Turner. It would be idiotic to over pay for Turner!

As a fellow Husker fan, I would be ecstatic! Though I don't really know how CJ and him would mix haha
