So here you go Munch disapprovers. A "titans fan" that is actively rooting for the team to fail.

Then put your money where your mouth is. I've spent over 15 g's on this team easy. Have you?

I also have family that attends the game and family that is no longer around that used to sit with me and attend the games.

The Titans winning and losing does effect me. But not as much as a loved one dying or being in the hospital or someone I care about struggling to have enough ends to put food in their mouth.

But more power to you to be a lunatic. I guess perspective (sort of like expectations maybe) comes with maturity.

I'd also like to add how idiotic is it to say I only think about the Titans on Sunday when I'm probably in the top5% of overall forum posts on this site. lol.

Curious how old are you? I'm guessing teenager?

I also don't see how a "fan" that is rooting for the team to fail can be more of a fan than anyone else. Actually I think that makes you the opposite of a fan. Fake ass fan.

I stopped getting too pissed after we started 1-4 with no hope in sight. You've gotta learn to let go and just stop taking it so seriously.

Believe me, if we were actually a good team and this happened, I'd still be furious. You should've seen me after the Ravens playoff loss. I still care about the team as much as ever, but I've learned to let go when I know we aren't going anywhere right now.

I root for what it takes for this team to succeed. If it takes embarrassing losses for the right things to happen, then you're darn right I'm rooting for us to lose. Do you think I want us losing like this? Do you think I like watching medeocre football on Sundays. I hate it. I've been looking forward to this season since the clock hit 0 after the Texans game. You want to call me a fake fan, but it doesn't even seem like you have the capacity to understand the reasoning behind me rooting for our team to have an embarrassing loss.

This team is being mismanaged. The problems go all the way to the top. Bud has surrounded this team with friends and former Oilers/Titans. It's like a family. The problem here is that the people in this family are not good at what they have been hired to do. It goes all the way up to Mike Reinfeldt. If things keep going like they were last year and we just kept turning out a medeocre to bad product, it would continue like that for years and we'd have another Fisher situation on our hands. The only way for things to change around here is for this team to hit rock bottom. Bud won't fire a member of the Titans family just willy nilly. It takes games like the one yesterday, and that might not even be enough. I will be rooting for more losses until changes are made. I know that this team can not succeed with the current coaching staff, and in an ideal scenario Reinfeldt would be canned too. Once I realized that this coaching staff didn't have what it takes to bring a Lombardi trophy to Nashville, I was done with them. I can not root for them anymore. I am not ready to waste another year+ for Bud to realize that it's just not going to happen. Munch and co. need to go, and I'm all for whatever it takes to make that happen. If you'd rather choose to ignore the problem, then good for you.

Nope, I haven't spent a dime on this team. I don't enjoy going to football games. There are too many distractions. I can't focus on the game. I enjoy watching them at home far more. I also can't shell out money on a product like this organization is producing. I love this team, but I'm not an idiot.

Why do you want to make this about Titans vs. family. It doesn't have to be like that. Everyone knows that family > football. That's not relevant to the conversation.

So now I'm not mature enough to have low standards and expectations like you. Okay. No thanks.

Yes, because you just said you want us to lose embarrasingly.

Insanity to me and I don't see how you can really be a fan of a team and want them to lose badly.

Have fun with that and telling everyone how you are the bestest Titan fan while you cheer for the Dolphins next week.

You don't get it. It's more than just wanting us to lose and you know it. It's about getting change to occur.

I have said it before and I'll say it like I do every game day... "WHOSE READY FOR SOME MEDIOCRE FOOTBALL?!?!?:beerbang:"

I have to say that I agree with SlidePiece on this, sorry Alex.

I hate loosing, we all do. Its embarrassing especially when you have that one guy at work that is a fan of a really good team (even though hes never been to the city they are from), but as soon as the games over and your team lost, you know you have to look at him all day Monday. We have all been there and it sucks ass.

Slide's point is that unless we continue to loose and probably loose big... Bud is not going to change anything. Next season we are going to have the same coaching staff, the same level of terrible football and the same unmotivated players prancing around the field on Sunday. The only way were going to get a new and hopefully more improved coaching staff (although with our luck he will promote the janitor to HC) in here is to loose more games. The positive thing about that is, I don't think we have to try or work at loosing, I am pretty sure this coaching staff is so bad they may not win 3 more games this season.

Bottom line is we are terrible. The only way were gonna improve is to bring someone in from outside of the organization. Sometimes you have to sacrifice a few to save many...
