Grizz priority # 1 in off-season, FIND A SHOOTER!!!

Build around Conley and keep the 2 bigs ... but no offense to Quincy Poindexter, if on a NBA team he's your BEST shooting/3-point shooter - an upgrade is needed. I would like Poindexter coming exclusively off the bench with Memphis upgrading their SG position. Plus Bayless is way too streaky, hot and cold.

 

If you heard the name Quincy Poindexter, NBA player isn't the first thing you'd think of when wondering what he did for a job.

 

Did Zach Randolph play this series?

Grizzles lost because they had to no choice but to play Bayless too long due to their lack of shooters/slashers.

Bayless just isn't very good and definitely shouldn't be playing 30 minutes in the playoffs. Need to pick up another shooter/slasher in FA, at least by dumping Rudy Gay's contract, they aren't handcuffed anymore and should have some options.

San Antonio is a disciplined opportunistic team with depth, and Memphis was just happy to be there. Add in the fact Zach Randolph was MIA and thats how you get swept. Also G-D Tony Parker didnt help Memphis any, freaking guy was on fire.
