    Just makes no sens tho. You hire a coach, you gotta give him at least three years to put his team together. I don't like Shell either, but give 'em a chance.

    Oakland is a lost cause. That franchise is horrible, there is no hope as long as Al Davis is still the owner. Sorry to say it, but I would hate to be an Oakland fan.

    I love watching the raiders when they're this bad. It's one franchise I've never liked.

    I think Art Shell should be kept merely to keep Bill Simmons writing about him.
