All true... Nobody said he wasn't a good player. But he's still overrated.
Well usually aren't overrated players the ones that are hyped and underperform? ...
Do you even watch basketball?
If the Cavs win it all it will be funny to hear Gloat explain how Lebron is still overrated because they played the Hornets in the finals and that the Lakers would have beat them. :ha:
Overrated means you're rated higher than you should be and LeBron definitely is. People talk about him like he's already one of the best players to ever play the game and the best player in the league today, and he's just not.
He's still top 3.
Being top 3 isn't what you'd expect while listening to media heads talk about the guy. You'd expect him to be MILES above everyone else.
Truth is- he better watch HIS back for Kevin Durant, Brandon Roy, and a few others that could easily end up being better than he is.
He DOESN'T hit clutch nor contested jumpers. Most his points come from his big azz driving to the lane every time he has the ball, and either getting fouled, or dunking/laying it in.
He's a one-trick pony. A freak of nature athletically, but watch: if he ever gets hurt, and loses a bit of that speed, he'll be exposed for just being a great athlete- not a great basketball player.
I thought this thread was all about the Tarheels, but apparently you think LeBron is overrated too?
No. Just no.
Are you watching the Cavs/Pistons game right now? Did you see his shot right before halftime?! He's on fire!
Did you see him also miss every shot where someone had a hand in his face? You guys have NO IDEA what the term over rated means. No matter how many times I explain it, you still fail to grasp the concept.
Over rated doesn't mean he isn't GOOD.
