    Oh
heck yeah gunny. It is electric in there. Quite honestly much better than any titans game I've been to since the 2008 playoff game. It is pretty awesome. Great fan reaction. Night and day from titans games. If they start stinking like the titans have, of course they could start to slack too. But it is surprisingly packed in there. They just got done with a 29 game sellout streak, which is surprising for hockey in the south.

I went from an absolute hardcore hockey hater to a hockey fan by watching one game there. I had seen Minor league hockey in the past, and it didn't do it for me, but preds games are impressive.
Titans Eternal and Gunny high five this.

I can't speak for this season because I haven't gone to a game yet, but in past seasons the arena was usually packed even on weekdays.

I am the opposite. I think minor league hockey is a lot more exciting than the NHL.

I started going to hockey games way back in 1962 when Nashville had the Dixie Flyers.

I kept on going to the minor league games when Nashville had a team. It was interesting to see the early games played without helmets, even the goalie didn't wear a mask of if he did it was like the Friday the 13th mask and no plexiglass between the fans and the ice. You were able to sit right behind the opposing teams bench with nothing to separate you from them.

I have only been to 3-4 predator games since they came here. I took my daughter to see the Maple Leafs when they had Felix the Cat as goalie (her favorite player) and of course to see the Blackhawks play

It depends on the crowd. The crowd was pretty unenergetic at the Icemen games I've been to. They're in the ECHL, the league below the AHL. They're a feeder for the Blue Jackets and Blues.

Nashville was in the ECHL also back then also. Lots of changes between then and now in that league.

Predator home games are an extremely fun/packed place to be. You can berate the fans of the winning team all the way back to their car too. Get a REALLY good echo going in some of the floored car parking lots lol.

I was a bit let down by the Preds game myself, but I've only been to one. Seemed a bit dull for a hockey crowd.

My friends that go often swear it's usually rowdy. But in Feb, even in a win the fans just kinda sat around watching like it was no big thing.

We used to go to the Nashville Knights games. Those were fun. Guess I was probably expecting some of that rowdiness.

well.. the preds are officially done this year.

I still think the Preds got a great deal in the Erat trade for the future. Forsberg didn't look bad for an 18 year old kid completely out of his element last night. Had some good shots. They need someone to put it on net. The rest of these games this season are useless other than the fact it's real life NHL time for the AHLers they're fielding right now.

They weren't going to win a cup with Kostitsyn/Erat/Legwand/Hornqvist as their primary offense. So the youth movement will be a good thing in a year or two, IMO.

Probably because the team has been as bad if not worse than the Titans this season.

I mean... They're REALLY bad. 13th place in the West.

Awful. 43 games in and only 15 wins to show. That's worse than the Titans.
