RB carry distribution

    I have to say that towards the end of the game yesterday I was really wanting to see Henry come in and take some of the work load off of Murray. I want Murray to be as fresh as he can be toward the end of the year. I'd like to see Henry get a few more touches a game. Currently they are on pace for Murray to have 300 carries and Henry to have 110 carries. I'd rather it be 250 and 160.

    I almost got the feeling that they really wanted to get Murray over the 100yd mark and that is why he was pounding it late.

    I was in the same boat with you, made no sense why youd have your prized runner in there late with the lead, gotta preserve that guy, hes playing way too good to let get hurt on a meaningless carry with 2 minutes to go..

    I understand not taking him out earlier in the game for the Henry lovers like myself, Murray is just playing way too well, but at the end like that? You rest that guy every time, Henry is more than capable of running out the clock....

    Isn't that the whole point of having a guy like Henry, to be able to bring him off the bench when the defense is gassed and hit them with a fresh horse?

    We need to take advantage of fresh legs. Murray is getting worked

    This coaching staff is still learning on the job. That's my only reasoning or excuse. But yeah DeMarco should have been take out last 2 possessions.

    We brought Murray in to wear him down. Thats why we picked Henry in the 2nd.


    He's earned his carries imo. We will be seeing a lot of Henry over the next 5 years.

    Murray cried about not getting the ball all the time in Philly and he's currently 2nd in the league in rushing... do we really not wanna give him the chance to take #1 and piss him off? Let the man play, he's killing it.
