    Everyone always clowns Saban's stint with the Dolphins. Dude went 9-7 and 6-10, then Alabama hired him. So it really wasnt as bad as people keep making it out to be.

    Jumping ship mid season is horrible. Dishonorable, no matter how you look at it. Owners, GMs and players want stability at the HC position. Someone who will jump off mid-season is not a stable choice.

    It's not the record that is the problem. It's his loyalty to his own agenda, just ask LSU, Miami, and pretty soon Alabama.

    Are you kidding? They literally kidnapped him. He was trapped on a private jet in Birmingham and the boosters said you aren't going anywhere - you are going to be our next head coach. The only place he could leave for would be the Pros again, but I can't see that. In college those guys will listen to him, in the pros not so much.
