    Offense and defense:
Derrick Mason is the only one I can think of. In our 15 years.

Kearse was never as good as he was in his first run.
    EG sucked.
McNair was done as a more than average QB.
    Babin-garbage
    Bennett-never a good player afterward
    Bobby Wade-best years here
    Haynesworth-obvious.
    VY-results speak for themselves
    Lendale-obvious.
    Bulluck-done
Finnegan- not living up to contract
    Dysons-never great players
    Scaife- LOL
    Odom-not good
LaBoy-had a few more good years, but not a mistake letting go

    Possible mistakes (not stars though)
    Blount
    Cary Williams
Should have held on to Tulloch.

Didn't the Titans sign the star special team and part time defensive player Donnie Nickey to a couple of contracts

We have re-signed so few players because our drafting has been so poor. It seems that we are very good at drafting headcases...VY, PacMan, Haynesworth, Britt. We also have had a tendency to draft underclassmen who have been immature like Starks, Britt, AH or just complete busts like Chris Henry/Paul Williams. Cook and Finnegan are guys that I really liked, but I can't blame the front office for not signing them to the type of deals that they got.

    Hey, we found one :)

Though at the time we let him go I believe we were very deep at DT.

Amano was actually a decent guard.
