    An incredibly tough, mean, hard-working player... I hope those traits are inherent in the team he coaches. I for one I'm pretty jazzed by the hiring. This is a guy who has been extremely driven to succeed throughout his life. I see no reason why Munchak can't be successful as an NFL head coach. Having a ringside seat to witness Fisher's perceived failings, I'm sure he'll not only distance himself from them in perception, he'll be certain not to repeat them. I'm looking forward to see how the coaching staff shakes out.
