...the Titans lose to the Rams in Superbowl XXXIV, 23 - 16. Still not over it.

Damn I thought it was 13 years ago tomorrow. I was sure it was the 31st, not the 30th, but you're right. I was there too.

Same night Ray Lewis murdered two men... He was in ATL for those who didn't know.

I sat for 10 minutes staring at the TV after that game hoping some kind of miracle would happen and we would hear the Rams cheated and we are the winners. Never happened.

And yes RSB, everyone is aware that he was in ATL then and fwiw, I apologize that he slept with every woman you have ever known. Holding that much hatred for anyone must really suck.

Holding hatred for Ray Lewis is fun. You're sounding like an uptight grandpa.

Funny... Exactly. I question any Titans fan who doesn't hate the Ravens and Ray Lewis. I was going to say maybe you weren't a fan back in the day, but you just said you were hoping for a miracle, so there goes that idea.

No idea why you don't hold any hatred towards Ray Ray and the Ravens. Don't worry... God hates them too. It's Satan who's on their side.

It's not like I'm sitting here hating every single Ravens player for no reason. I hate ONE of their players and their team for what they've done to us. I like Harbaugh, Rice, Reed, Smith, Boldin, Ngata, Birk, etc... Doesn't mean I like their team or have to cheer for them. I never will.

Yes, that year was the year I developed a love for professional football.

Well to be fair, I dont harbor hate against anyone, I move on from things pretty quickly. I can call you a retarded idiot in a thread, then have a few drinks with you and watch a game and have fun 2 hours later. Im one of those "hate is bad" type of people. Or a carebear, whichever you prefer to call me lol

    P.S. God doesnt hate anyone

Oddly enough I am rooting for the Ravens in this super bowl. Why? No clue, I just have ZERO inside me for the 49ers. Ravens are just more familiar to me?? Who knows. Plus they beat the Pats.. the one team that I simply cannot stand.

I'm the same way... I'm a man, not a woman. When friends and I argue we are always fine as if nothing happened. I don't think I've ever lost any friends because like I said... not a woman.

But when it comes to a murderer who helped prevent us from a Super Bowl twice... Yea, sorry... I hate that guy. I even have him a chance by watching a story about his childhood on ESPN and Ray Lewis: A Football Life on NFL Network. The ESPN story made me hate him less because I saw how bad he had it growing up, but that won't stop me from despising the guy for getting away with murder, fake praying/crying for attention, and doping just like Lance Armstrong. He probably did it all along just like Lance.

The God/Satan bit was clearly a joke. But I don't wanna get this moved to Taboo.

I think thats one big difference between my opinion of him, and yours. I fully believe he was there and involved, but did not kill anyone.

I believe it was a trumped up charge to get some attention to the DA, who reviewed the evidence, and quickly decided to accept a plea because he knew he had nothing on Lewis.

We can only speculate the full story, I just dont see him as someone who got away with murder.
