Haha. It's kinda nice. It at least gives us some hope. We have been draft day monsters since Webster took over.

I can't think of a team with two backers who can run sub 4.4. Hell most teams don't have 2 corners or safetys that run sub 4.4.

Hopefully, SS is solid with Pollard/Wilson. I still don't quite understand how that'll shake out. But it should be set for the next season or two.

The hope is that Griffin will return to being a ball hawk with better talent surrounding him. If not, this will likely be his last season.

Rhodes will be the worst CB taken in the first rd. Maybe the first 2 rds. he'll be a safety in a few years much like Antrel Rolle.

This kid here is a good pick. I would not say a great pick, perhaps a slight reach but they were obsessed with getting a bigger press corner.

    I would grade the pick a B.

Reach? Wasn't he projected as high as first round?

Well we just signed two starting caliber safeties. And given the contract extension for Griff and lack of FS acquisitions this off seasons, I'd say between Wilson Pollard and Griffin we have our rotation set for a couple years.
