Titans do some practice squad shuffling

The Titans added wide receiver Diondre Borel to the practice squad on Thursday after losing guard Chris Scott to the Bills, who signed him to their 53-man roster.

Borel was an undrafted free agent from Utah State. He has spent time with the Packers and Buccaneers.
