Titans elect new NFLPA player reps

    The Titans have elected cornerback Jason McCourty as the team’s NFLPA player rep for the 2012 season.

    Safety Jordan Babineaux and linebacker Tim Shaw have been elected as co-alternates for the team.

    McCourty is a good guy. Babineaux too--even if he is not much a player. Not sure he will be on the team next year though. Tim Shaw may not be either.

    And if you're thinking Babs gets cut for poor play, doubt it, safety pool is shallow and we did let Chris Hope finish out his contract.
