    Too much effort, IMO, for someone no longer on the team..I'll take your word for it. He knows we aren't that far from being a contender in the AFC race though...the only way I can see him realistically thinking that way is if we were to keep the CJ fungus among us.

    Yeah, it wasn't like some huge diss or anything, he just made it very clear that he felt the Bucs gave him a better chance to win. The Bucs sucked worse than we did last season (4-12) so if he honestly believes they give him a better chance to win, what does he feel about us?

    They have a ton of talent and a new head coach that should have never been unemployed in the first place. Bucs are going to to be good.

    Who's their QB? Good is relative..but yeah they'll be tough.

    whats his face, Glennon or something. He didn't play bad last year all things considered.

    Didn't win enough, huh?

    During his time in the league, the Bucs are 25-39. We are 28-36.

    That's certainly not winning enough, but he has no right to say that since he chose the Bucs.

    Verner is also the guy who said he would take less money as long as he was the highest paid player on that team.

    He doesn't strike me as smart...
