    I don't want us to spend a lot on him.. 5 Million can get you a lot, and like someone else said, most backups are paid less than 2 million. While Fitz would be a slightly better backup than Hass, he isn't worth a big check.. unless you think he could someday take Locker's starting spot...

    We would be selling ourselves short if we didn't provide some quality depth to compete for a starting spot at ALL positions! This would make my free agency!

    They are not going to spend more then 2 mill on a QB, if they we're going to spend 3-4-5 mill on a QB they would have kept Hassleback who knew the system and whom they liked a lot mentoring Locker. This move is for Fitz I am almost certain.
