SUMMARY: The uncertainty surrounding the NFL's Collective Bargaining Agreement may delay the start of free agency as teams are still waiting to see if an extension will be reached. Some roster moves may be impacted because the Titans salary cap for 2006 is still unknown. QB Steve McNair is expected to remain on the roster though it will mean a salary cap charge in excess of $21 million. Word is the Titans wish to keep LB Peter Sirmon but need to work with his $2.4 million base salary. The team wants RB Travis Henry to remain in Tennessee but will not be willing to pay a $4 million option bonus. An incentive-laden contract may be in the works. S Tank Williams appears to be headed to the open market when he becomes an unrestricted free agent on March 3 as are LBs Rocky Boiman and Brad Kassell.
