I stated earlier how we have to overpay players to get them to come here. Which is understandable based on how we've done the last couple of years. Wes Welker is a prime example of a player that turned us down b/c were not competitive enough.

This nonsense is worthless reading material. However, for what it's worth, Chris Mortenson and Adam Schein have given major props to the Titans free agency signings, and they have some clout in NFL reporting.

That face is more like a "Damn you fine girl" face.

At least we've received some props for our FA moves. So with 5 million in cap space, we pretty much need to leave that amount open for rookies. If we wanna make another FA move, we're gonna have to get awfully creative -- releasing guys like Amano & Hawkins, either re-structuring Hass or releasing him to sign a cheaper backup (Fitzy) etc

Yup. Too bad for Vince things like attitude, work ethic, respect from team mates, emotional stability and dedication actually matter.

Name me a single team that was active early in free agency this year or any recent prior year that did not overpay???

Rotoworld covers generally based off how it effects fantasy leagues. So I think you have to take what they say in this instance with a grain of salt as that is where their mind is most of the time.
