I think we'll see Loggains the OC next season. Here's why… If the Titans feel he's a young, talented coach (as they said when he was given the job), he hardly had the opportunity to show what he can do in the few games he was the OC. He had to work with Palmer's playbook with few modifications. He had to work with a less than 100% Locker and, in the final few games, a depleted OL. I don't see any way they can know how well Loggains can do without an offseason and camp to install his ideas into the offense. Meaning, if they believed in him before, there isn't enough information to change that opinion. Maybe Moore is retained but I think he was just around to help in the transition. Here's another reason… With a new OC, Locker has to learn an entirely new offense instead of having someone like Loggains who already knows Locker and can modify the current scheme to better suit him. Having to learn a new offense will set Locker back and, instead of focusing on his mechanics, reading defenses, etc., he'd have to spend a lot more time/study learning a new offense. Munch knows his future is tied to the arm of Jake Locker. What gives him the best shot to make that happen? IMO, they'll think it's Loggains. We might see some changes with a few offensive position coaches as we've had happen today. This may be Loggains beginning to put his guys in place for next season.
