What if we traded far enough back, early 20's say, to get an extra 2nd this year and a 1st this year? Then we do something like

    20 - Jessee Williams
    2nd - Matt Elam
    2nd - Barrett Jones
    3rd - Margus Hunt

    Or

    20 - Chance Warmack
    2nd - Jonathan Banks
    2nd - John Jenkins
    3rd - Margus Hunt

Also, i've heard Mike Keith say that the Titans will get at least one compensatory for Cortland and that he thinks it could be as high as a 3rd. What do you guys think?

An extra 3rd would be great.

I'm a big fan of Xavier Rhodes. But if Elam, Reid, or Vaccaro are on the boards.. we gotta draft one of them. Maybe we can go:

1st -- Trade Back -- I'm hoping for Bucs to call us and offer #13 109 (4th) for #10 . Last year, Seattle (#12) traded their selection to Philadelphia for their first (#15), fourth (#144), and sixth round (#172) selections this year. We should atleast be able to get the same value for our trade. Potentially, a 3rd rounder instead of a 4th.. maybe if we send them a 5th as well. Bucs look to trade up for Dee Milliner, who may be gobbled up by #11 (SD, Cason/Jammer FAs) or #12 (MIA, Smith a FA). Then with our first we take Chance Warmack.

    1st -- Chance Warmack, OG, Bama - 6'2 322
    2nd -- Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida St - 6'1 - 217
    3rd -- D.J. Swearinger, S, South Carolina - 5'11 210
    3rd -- Malliciah Goodman, DE, Clemson - 6'4 280 *Finnys comp*
    4th -- Kwame Geathers, DT, UGA - 6'6 355
    4th -- Kevin Reddick, ILB, UNC - 6'2 240 *Bucs trade*
    5th -- Graham Pocic, C, Illini - 6'5 310
    6th -- Latavius Murray, RB, UCF - 6'3 222
7th -- RayRay Armstrong, FS, Streets

Pair that up with signing Andy Levitre in free agency... oh my.

We might get one thanks to Finnegan.

Rhodes is a tough evaluation. He might be Antrel Rolle and lack the hips to play corner or he might be Brandon Browner and just manhandle guys within five yards.

I don't see them taking Jenkins. A pure 3-4 NT type. There will be a pretty good DT or 2 available with that 39th pick.

Kwame Geathers the other Georgia DT will really impress scouts and may come off the board quicker than Jenkins and would be worth a look.

He's huge, 6'5 or 6'6 330+. And he is faster, more nimble than Jenkins. He is not just a space eating guy. He could project as a 4-3 DT or a 3-4 DE.

If Reid is not the best safety in the draft than this guy is.

Big(6'1 218), fast a very good tackler. Great ball skills very effective on blitzes.
