I feel like all Britt will ever do is let his team down. Whether thats by being hurt and unavailable, or arrested and unavailable.

I think we need our #1 WR to be a positive leader on the field and off and I do not see that in Britt.

It does sound like something he would say back then, with that being said, he has stayed out of the dog house this year, so I am willing to let all that stay in the past for now.

I am not saying I don't believe you, but b/r is not reliable in my eyes. I think I could go on there right now and create an article about Tom Brady being out this week for a cold sore. Not saying it didn't happen, I am just hesitant to put much stock into b/r.

I wish Britt could be the WR that we all want and need him to be but personally I don't see it. I just don't see him staying healthy whether it's hamstring, knees or whatever. Some people have issues that just leave them prone to reoccuring injuries and it appears that Britt is in that category. Britt stated that this offseason he was going to scout out other knee specialists and he didn't care where he had to go he was going to get to the the bottom of his knee issues and find out why he is still having problems................ - That leads me to believe that the knees are a bigger issue than we realize.

Those first two weeks of last season showed us what Britt could be.

You guys need to get creative and find a way to blame CJ for Britt's problems.

if CJ ran less 80+ yard TDs Britt would have more time to be on the field.

    CJ is a bum.

Treat him like he would only be a bonus. Pretend like he doesnt exist, then go into the season with the WR's you want to go into the season with. THEN you have Britt there next year.

Let him play, and bump this thread next year.

So it really looks like nobody feels Britt will ever be the #1 guy that they would count on and thus pay long term money to.

So why not make a run at Wallace, Bowe, or Jennings. They are all proven young guys who are all coming off of down years for them. So maybe they don't get monster money.
