    Every console expands on pre-existing concepts, Gunny. They MacGyver'ed it though.

    took a paper clip, some tin foil and made a bomb.

    i agree other than the wii controller gaming has been the same since PS1.

    i dont think graphics can do another breakthrough like it did from 2d to 3d.

    if something doesnt change we could see another video game crash.

    Video game crash? This isn't the world economy. Actually video games are one of the few things surviving the economy downturn.

    Graphics will always improve.

    A lot of things have changed from that time, though. Video games are more popular than ever and being played by pretty much every age group.
