It would be very "unfortunate" if Manning just happened to fail is physical in Nashville.

 

Lol, I have no dog in the Peyton fight, but that pretty much says all you need to know.

Contracts aside, I'd bet Bud made it pretty clear when he ousted the last regime that he placed winning, or business matters, above personal ones.

Also, if it's Bud's intention to get Peyton into the Titans' FO, then that's pretty smart, IMO. It means he wants to put the team in his grandson's hands set up for the future.

As fun as it may be to color him crazy, I don't deny he's got a good sense for business.

 

Well, we definitely won't be signing Mario.

The Peyton meeting will ruin our chances at him.

I would assume bringing in Manning would only make us even more attractive to Mario, providing we can come up with the 15m+.

I'm indifferent about it.I really like Locker though and think he could be a special player for us.

I'm not trying to argue or anything but I don't agree with that. Houston could have taken Vince #1 if they wanted him. So I don't really see it as Bud sticking it to Houston.

 

The only way we could sign both Peyton and Mario is if both of them are willing to play for slightly less money and we'd have to get players to restructure their contracts.

I would be all for it if there's any way it can be possible.

 

Hopefully Munch is wooing Mario Tuesday and taking off to meet Manning Wed.Lets get M.W. and let the Manning chips fall where they may.
